Rarely seen carvings & figures

When we started traveling to the villages, we would see large logs and carvers working with the wood, but today only the most talented carvers are still working with cocobolo in limited supply.

The munecas (dolls) are woven from a single mother/ daughter team from the Cunana family, representing a fully woven version of the traditional male and female Wounaan decoration and clothing.
